With a cursory glance at the brainchild of the British company Ring, it is unlikely that it will be possible to recognize a car compressor in it — the device is made in an atypical form factor and is more like a tape recorder or a radio receiver.

two motors

The highlight of the pump is the presence of two motors at once, each of which performs its own functions. The first engine has a piston design and is intended for power pumping of wheels. It provides high performance (about 30 L / min.) And is able to bring the pressure in car tyres to almost 7 atm. The second motor is of the rotary type, and its main function is to quickly inflate or deflate various air mattresses, boats and other products of this kind.

Day and night

On the side of the body of the device is an electronic pressure gauge with backlight, so that the pressure readings can be seen even in the dark. The functionality of the screen is complemented by the ability to pre-set the required pressure level, upon reaching which the compressor will automatically stop its operation. If suddenly there is a need to pump the wheels at night, a powerful LED flashlight mounted in the front of the body will come to the rescue.

Invisible niche

The pump will easily reach any wheel of a car (except, perhaps, limousines): the length of its power wire is 3 m, and the air hose is 0.5 m. When coiled, both the cable and the hose are stored in a special niche on the belly of the compressor.

Ring RAC640 will appeal not only to ordinary motorists — it will be appreciated by beachgoers, outdoor enthusiasts or fishermen with their own inflatable boat. And even the relatively large dimensions of the device will not spoil the impression of its operation: the English build quality and the high functionality of the compressor completely negate this drawback.
