Purchased a frying pan 4 years ago. Its main advantage is the high sides! And the lid included in the price, which perfectly fits the Tefal pan. Considering that Tefal lids cost almost as much as this frying pan, it's a real find) The sides are great; if we need to simmer something, we only use this pan. We have another one from Tefal, but because of the slanted corners, everything falls out. For a long time, nothing stuck, but after 4 years, the non-stick coating is gradually wearing off (considering that we wash all pans exclusively by hand with the soft side of the sponge). The RiNGEL frying pan from the Koriander series stands out for its great depth and capacity, so it is perfect for cooking large portions for several people at once. You can fry and stew in it, and the high walls prevent splashing of hot oil and prevent the ingredients from falling onto the stove or hob when mixed. However there are complaints about a slightly curved bottom, as a result of which the oil spreads around the edges.
The cookware is made of forged aluminium and has a non-stick Marble coating. The outer coating is also non-stick — for easier care. The manufacturer assures that all materials are completely safe for people and the environment.

But, according to reviews, both handles (the main one and on the lid) dangle a little, so you have to tighten them yourself. The frying pan can be used for all types of stoves, including induction, and can also be washed in a dishwasher.
Regarding cooking – I heated it up well, dripped a little vegetable oil, and it spread around the rim, meaning there’s a slight elevation at the center of the pan, so it's impossible to coat the entire surface with oil. It only dawned on me later that this pan doesn’t even need oil)) You just toss in something like meat on top, add a little oil just to keep it from being completely dry, and that’s it, you can fry. Nothing sticks, no matter how much I’ve tried frying (fish, pancakes, meat), everything cooks perfectly. I tried cooking meat without any oil, but it dries out a bit and starts to stick, so a little oil is necessary. And since nothing sticks, cleaning it is very easy, even without detergent because there are no residues. Overall, it's super, especially coming from my old Teflon pan that needed a considerable amount of oil, I’m very pleased, it’s quite a discovery for me =)
