Stylish modern model originally from London. The first model under the ROCK brand was released in 1997, and since then the models have been constantly improved and crash tested. ROCK Shield S has a slightly futuristic design and, according to the manufacturers, is mega-strong and durable (withstands drops from a height of 1 metre, the wheels are guaranteed to rotate smoothly even after a run of 20 km, and the zippers are designed for 5-10K unfastening-fastening cycles).

Dimensions and material

ROCK Shield S is made from 100% polypropylene (PP). It is a material that is resistant to shock and deformation, strong and durable. By volume, the suitcase is designed for 28 liters. And the dimensions of 55 by 38 by 20 correspond to the minimum dimensions of hand luggage according to the standards of most airlines. However the weight of the product is about 4 kg, which is not so small, since the weight of luggage is also subject to restrictions, and if half of the weight is the suitcase itself, this is impractical. But this accessory is endowed with its own "chips" and distinctive features, which makes it incredibly attractive.

The main differences from "colleagues"

Firstly, this suitcase closes not with a zipper, as we are used to, but with special clips located around the perimeter of the product. They are located on three sides of the suitcase, and one of them is equipped with a built-in lock TSA007. The rest are equipped with mechanisms that protect against arbitrary opening of the suitcase. At the same time, the owner will have to make a minimum of effort to open the suitcase.

For comfort and practicality

The manoeuvrability of the product is given by four full-turning dual wheels (although they also add weight). A telescopic aluminium handle with two levels of fixation allows you to carry it comfortably. There are also soft handles on the sides (you can take the suitcase both vertically and horizontally) — they are hidden in special niches for easy transportation. There are plastic stops on the long side of the suitcase for horizontal stability. The inner side of the accessory is equipped with a special rim to protect against dust ingress and ensure a hermetic closure.

What is inside?

It is divided into two equal compartments, in each there are belts for fixing things in a colour that contrasts with the tone of the suitcase (it looks very stylish, by the way). In the middle there is a partition, which at the same time serves as an organizer for documents thanks to the presence of pockets with zippers. It can be "fastened" to one side or the other as desired, fixing it in this way. An inner zip lining and a window for a card with the contact information of the luggage owner are also included.
