Large and roomy
The representative of the Walzer tableware collection, which Rondell created together with the famous Italian designer Gianpietro Tonetti, stands out for its minimalist design, wavy walls and classic black coloring. This is a large skillet designed to cook a large amount of food. At the same time, the rejection of the rounded walls of the inner bottom made it possible to increase the useful area: if the diameter of the lid is 28 cm, then the diameter of the bottom is 25.2 cm. Of course, it is not so convenient to pry and turn the ingredients with such angles, but you do not lose extra centimeters. The sides are also quite high (6.5 cm), so this pan is perfect for frying and for long-term simmering of dishes.
Reliability and durability
The cookware is made of thickened cast aluminium: the bottom has a thickness of 4.5 mm, the walls — 2.5 mm. The internal TriTitan titanium-based non-stick coating is designed for long-term service and is not afraid of even metal spatulas and spoons, while the external non-stick coating is responsible for easy surface care. It also features a Bakelite handle with a soft non-slip SoftTouch finish.
The Rondell Walzer RDA-769 can be used on any cooker, and the diameter of the induction disc is 20 cm. But the pan is not suitable for dishwashers or ovens.
By the way, the Walzer line also includes smaller models with a diameter of 24 and 26 cm. All of them are packed in a box with a recipe book inside and will be a good gift idea.
