What to choose: slow cooker, pressure cooker or rice cooker? What is the difference between slow cooker, pressure cooker and rice cooker, what are their advantages and disadvantages
Model overview based on user reviews
The Rotex REPC73 is a versatile kitchen appliance, functioning as a multicooker, steamer, and pressure cooker. It features a 5-liter ceramic non-stick bowl, which is more durable than Teflon. Users appreciate its ability to cook and steam effectively, but some express disappointment with its pressure cooking capability, noting that it does not seem to provide significant excess pressure. While the device is generally praised for its multifunctionality and portability, there are concerns about its reliability, with reports of the timer malfunctioning and the ceramic bowl beginning to burn after a few months. Overall, it is considered a useful appliance, but some users feel it may not fully justify its cost.

A good slow cooker. She cooked and stewed everything well. But now the timer goes astray, it is difficult to set the program, if you manage to start it, it often clicks during operation. What to do in this case? Tell me.

Three-in-one multicooker, which in practice is more like two-in-one.
23 April 2017
I discovered personally that a modern multicooker is a useful kitchen appliance. My mom bought one five years ago while I was still in university, and she was quite pleased with it. There were times when I used it too. Probably that's why, when I graduated, found a good job, and rented a one-bedroom apartment, the multicooker was one of my first purchases. However, a simple model seemed insufficient to me, so I bought a multicooker-pressure cooker. Ideally, it not only automates the cooking process but also speeds it up. Plus, it's a fairly portable device that is easy to take with you if you move to another apartment.
I would say this is a three-in-one device, namely a multicooker-steamer-pressure cooker. Additionally, you can buy an extra set of accessories that includes a mesh basket for deep frying, making it a deep fryer too. But I'm not a fan of French fries, fighting excess weight is a tough job. As a multicooker, it suits me perfectly and works 100%, it didn't disappoint as a steamer either, but the pressure cooking is a bit weak. The bowl has a standard five-liter volume, but the non-stick coating is improved, ceramic. It's more durable than the soft, easily-scratchable Teflon, and it matches it in terms of non-stick quality.
In my understanding, a pressure cooker should provide a certain level of excess pressure, which increases the boiling point of water, thereby speeding up the cooking process. However, neither the beautiful housing of the multicooker nor the instructions mention anything about pressure. There is a valve, but I doubt it provides any significant excess pressure. Judging by how unsoaked peas cook, the temperature there doesn't seem much different from the usual.
normal model, nothing special
