Very nice, I bake pastries, bread, cookies with my mom, fry chicken, and more. Temperature adjustment from the top and bottom, also included is an attachment for crust, there's a mode for the heating elements to work separately, you can rotate a chicken using the spit, which is included. The set also includes a baking tray and a handle for taking it out. The temperature regulator is inconvenient because it turns smoothly rather than clicking, making it a bit unclear when you've adjusted from 140 degrees to 150.
