The 2024 debutant from the Royal Catering brand is a mid-budget dehydrator, that is, a horizontal dryer of vegetables and fruits. The model has a laconic design - it has a metal body and simple rotary controls. Plus, it also features a relatively small viewing window on the door. There is also a protruding handle and a reliable mechanical lock with a bracket. Directly for drying various products in the Royal Catering RCDA-800/23S dryer, 8 loading levels are offered - mesh trays made of durable and food-safe stainless steel.

Hidden behind the back wall of the cooking chamber is an 800-watt heater and fan that ensures even heat distribution and eliminates the need to rearrange trays during the drying cycle. The controls are simple and straightforward: one of the rotary levers allows you to set the temperature in the range from 30 to 90 degrees Celsius, and the second allows you to set the timer from 1 to 15 hours.
