Saws: types, purpose and selection tipsA brief overview of different types of saws and sawing machines with tips on choosing the right tools
Model overview based on user reviews
The Ryobi RTMS-1800G is a stationary combined saw powered by an electric source of 230 V, featuring a robust 1800 W motor with a no-load blade speed of 4800 rpm. It is equipped with a 254 mm blade and offers a cutting depth of 70 mm at a 45° angle. Notable features include a soft start, electronic motor protection, and a laser marker for precision. Despite its power, users have noted an inconvenience in the operation, as unlocking the downward movement before starting can be cumbersome. However, for its price, it competes closely with only one other brand, Kity (Sheppach), offering similar features. The saw is compact, with dimensions of 565x555x445 mm and a weight of 15 kg, making it a practical choice for those needing a powerful yet manageable tool.
Pros

Cons

For this money with the top table I found only 1 competitor (Kity (Sheppach))

Plenty of power
It's inconvenient to first unlock the downward movement and then start (if you start first, your finger won't reach the unlock button)
