2. The plastic cracks in the freezer, I don't know the correct name - where the guides for the trays are, it's a complete mess.
3. Half of the diodes in the fridge compartment lighting have burned out, so now it's only half bright.
5. Probably the worst thing about this fridge, in mine and in all the previous and following ones, is the FREEZING of the drain tube. Because of this, you get ice in the freezer, under the last shelf. The whole reason is that SAMSUNG DIDN'T design a thoughtful system for heating the drain tube from start to finish. They just brought out a small piece about 1 centimeter, attaching it to the defrost heater, and it doesn’t go fully into the drain, just a couple of millimeters, but it should have been the whole tube!
6. It's nice that there are people who understand and help fix this, but the plastic - who will fix it?!
7. Warranty - it all comes down to clueless managers.
