Model overview based on user reviews
The Saturn ST-HT1245 is a floor-installed fan heater with a spiral heating element, designed to heat areas up to 20 m² with a maximum power of 2000 W. It features a thermostat, fan mode, and oscillating function, along with an overheat protection safety system. However, user feedback indicates some drawbacks, such as a weak airflow and a plastic odor during operation. The temperature control dial appears to only function as an on/off switch, and the fan mode is reportedly ineffective in cooling. Despite its safety switch preventing operation when tipped over, the heater's performance may not justify its cost, leading to dissatisfaction among users.

The safety switch at the bottom is quite useful; if it's not activated, the device won't turn on, meaning it won't work when tipped over.
I didn't notice that the dial on the left changed the temperature of the flow in any way, only turning on/off.
It seems great to have a cold air blowing mode, but in practice, I found out in the summer that the airflow created is very, very weak, and doesn't refresh the room at all.
