Low-cost auger juicer Scarlett SC-JE50S55 belongs to the EasyClean product family, combining citrus juicers and auger-type devices. This model has its own peculiarity: the innovative filter of the device is made of transparent ultra-strong Tritan Pro plastic, which does not absorb odours, does not fade over time, and is also not afraid of falls and high temperatures. The absence of metal working elements that do not come into contact with the products and do not oxidize them also contributes to obtaining clean and fresh juice. All EasyClean appliances are easy to maintain thanks to the fact that the removable parts, including the tritan filter, can be washed under running water or in the dishwasher.

The juicer is equipped with a quiet 200W electric motor that provides a single screw speed of 65 rpm and a reverse function. It is installed in the motor unit, which serves as the base of the device. Note that if all structural elements are assembled incorrectly, the motor will not start (protection against accidental activation). Mechanical control comes down to pressing the power button on the body and feeding prepared vegetables and fruits into a 30x45 mm loading opening. The mass squeezed out by the auger is separated in the separator and exits through spouts for cake and juice into the substituted containers. The device is equipped with a “drip-stop” function implemented by a simple silicone plug installed on the juice dispensing spout. The disadvantage of the model is a small volume of dishes for juice and pulp, which is only 350 mL each, as well as the recommended work cycle: after 7 minutes of continuous operation, you need to turn off the device for 7 minutes to cool the motor.
