Lightweight frame

The Schwinn Gremlin is an American with a lightweight aluminium frame for a more comfortable ride. Its weight is 9.8 kg, which is 2 kg less than similar models. It is available in two colours: green and black and blue, which will appeal to boys more.

"Bright" protection

A distinctive feature of the Schwinn Gremlin is the presence of a front shield, dressed on the steering fork. It protects the passenger in a collision, and also performs an aesthetic function, turning the bike into a bright “bike”. The rear wheel is protected against dirt in the form of a plastic fender. However, some users note that due to its small length in wet weather, you can get dirty. Plastic protection closes the chain completely, thereby preventing clothes from getting into it. The steering stem is equipped with soft protection (foam rubber plus a polymer lining).

Steel side wheels

The side wheels are perfectly balanced with respect to the main wheel (5 mm short of the ground), so they do not interfere with the baby's ability to learn to balance on their own. Their discs are made of metal and can withstand a significant load (especially when hitting the surface when cornering). Pedaling for a child is not difficult, as the crankset has a 28-tooth sprocket. Additionally, the model has a footrest that ensures the stability of the bike in an upright position. Such a cool bike costs a lot, but before the first major repair it is able to skate several children.
