It is designed to work with coffee beans, which, after grinding, are automatically loaded into a special conical filter made of mesh based on durable and high-strength polyamide fibre. The brewing process in this machine is carried out at atmospheric pressure (without a pump) and at a temperature of about 90 °C.

Hot water in frequent drops (almost the thinnest stream) is filtered through a layer of ground coffee beans and provides an average level of extraction. In terms of tonic and aromatic conditions, such a drink is inferior to Oriental coffee (brewing in a Turk) and espresso (quick extraction at high temperature and high pressure), but it has a mild, delicate taste that is quite satisfactory for most users.

The Sencor SCE 7000BK coffee maker is capable of preparing up to 12 cups of high-quality Americano in one operation cycle, the volume of which is collected in a large glass coffee pot with a lid. The aroma, taste and invigorating ability of the drink are equally dependent on the original coffee beans and the degree of grinding during grinding. The capacity of the internal water tank and the glass jug with a lid is 1.5L, and the power of the flat heating element with non-stick coating is 900W.
