The completeness of the extraction is ensured by a filter basket with a fine-mesh conical filter made of durable and chemically resistant food grade stainless steel, which shows excellent corrosion resistance in intensive contact with juices containing high concentrations of strong organic acids. Two speed modes are supported to work with different products. There is a jug for collecting juice with a volume of 0.75 liters and a receiver for cake.
