Having bought the Sigma 5710631 generator, I chose it for its relatively low price and fairly high power, as I was worried that 1.8–2 kW models might not handle the load. I connected it for testing — it works, powering a 12 air conditioner (a heat pump for winter heating, inverter type), lighting, and a regular refrigerator. The downside is the noise: despite the stated 50 decibels, it is 85 near the generator and 75 at a distance of 7 m. In eco mode it is slightly quieter: 83 near the generator and 66 at 7 m (measured with a phone, so I do not claim high accuracy, but it roars loudly). I am still breaking it in, but there are unlikely to be any significant changes. It is also quite strange that, according to the documentation, larger models with bigger engines have lower fuel consumption. I believe this is an error, or it refers to their fuel consumption at minimum to medium load. Perhaps using it together with a charging station would be more practical.
Price, power. Starts and runs well, powers household appliances, starts the refrigerator.
Very loud; it feels like other brands make quieter models. I have not checked the fuel consumption yet because I am breaking it in, but I think it is higher than competitors'. In eco mode, even at idle, it lowers the RPM, but not by much.
