Model overview based on user reviews
The SilverStone F1 Monaco radar detector has received mixed reviews from users. It effectively warns about cameras ahead and announces speed limits, with some users praising its ability to catch traffic cops with hair dryers and its fast satellite pickup. However, there are significant drawbacks, such as frequent false alarms from passing vehicles and inaccurate speed readings. Some users also noted that it only warns about radars available in the GPS database, missing some road cameras. Despite these issues, a few users have had positive experiences, reporting no fines during their usage. Overall, while it has potential, the product may not meet all expectations, and some users suggest there are better options available.

For the money, a solid C. You can find better. I don't recommend it.
17 May 2017
I've owned it for a month, I bought it for 4200 rubles. So-so, nothing special, it can be better. I thought that I was buying a modern device to replace the old Karkam stealth 3+, but I was wrong. Everything is the same, and even worse in some positions.
Warning about the camera ahead, it announces by voice the speed limit in km in this area, and with an audible signal notifies about the end of the traffic control zone. cameras.
Reacts to everything on the road, constantly squeals at passing cars and trucks.
The speed readings are off by 5-8 km/h. The purpose of the compass is unclear!? After the update, it showed the time as 28:36 and the 50th time zone.
use SilverStone F1 Monaco few months
In general, the model is very good, but the shortcomings are very significant.
7 August 2016
There are few options, either to add points yourself to make it easier to re-ride, or to be content with the coordinates available in the database. Most of the points marked in the database are without cameras. The result is a false positive.
Catch traffic cops with hair dryers on the track
Does not detect cameras on the road. Only warns about radars available in the GPS database.

TAKE TAKE AND ONLY TAKE
I've owned it for 1.5 years. I bought it before a trip to Sochi (2000 thousand km one way). It works very well! catches everything far away. A friend was traveling with me with a Showmi 800... he had worse... Not a single fine with him during the entire period of ownership. Satellites pick up much faster than other radars. In general, take it, you won’t regret it.
There is not.
