Universal semi-automatic for a wide range of tasks
Semi-automatic inverter Spartus EasyMIG 200 is a universal device for performing various welding jobs. It can weld carbon, stainless and alloy steel, as well as some non-ferrous metals such as aluminum. Applications include semi-automatic welding (MIG/MAG) with or without gas shielded wire, manual arc welding (MMA) with electrodes and argon arc welding (TIG) with non-consumable electrode. The device supports welding wire with a diameter of 0.6, 0.8 and 1 mm, and the spool is designed for coils weighing up to 5 kg. The drawing mechanism is made of metal and has two guide rollers, ensuring smooth wire feeding without jerking. For manual arc welding, electrodes with a diameter of up to 4 mm can be used. There is a fan on the back of the case for forced cooling. Class F insulation prevents overheating and the unit can operate at 60% duty cycles.
Almost everything is customizable
Buttons and controls on the front panel allow you to quickly switch operating modes and configure parameters. The range of adjustment of the welding current depends on the type of welding: for MIG - 40 - 200 A, for MMA and TIG - 20 - 160 A. The wire feed speed is adjustable from 3 to 18 m/min. Synergic control automatically selects the optimal current and wire feed speed settings. The control panel also allows you to turn on the pulse mode, change the control method (2/4-stroke mode), adjust the gas supply and control the wire annealing function.
Good choice for semi-automatic welding
Spartus EasyMIG 200 is designed to improve efficiency in MIG/MAG applications. Although the machine can work with electrodes, it does not have features that make manual welding easier. Therefore, it is best suited for users who primarily use semi-automatic wire welding.
