a model with serious flaws

In most cases, there are no power outlets in the middle of the desk (most outlets are on the side or under the desk). A short power cord will not allow placing the fan where it is convenient for the user. I certainly understand that designers are technically illiterate (with very rare exceptions). YES! some designers have heard of math, geometry, physics.... But have no idea what it's all needed for. It is important to understand that in this case, what is being developed is not fringe, ruffles, and rhinestones for glamorous underwear, but a device for carrying out primarily technical functions, and then beauty, taste, and "coolness". As a result, an interesting and compact design (a spoonful of honey) is multiplied by zero by the complete lack of an engineering approach to solving the main task (a barrel of tar). The fan very weakly cools the user. But it VERY well blows all the papers off the table! I conducted a series of measurements and made rough calculations using simplified aerodynamic formulas. The result is disappointing. The efficiency of the fan (considering the fan's direction toward the user at a distance of 30 cm) in the working area (user) does not exceed 2.71%. And on the surface of the table, the average efficiency was 8.03%. The total efficiency of the fan did not even reach 30%.
