The compact model of the German grill Steba RC-3 Plus serves for home culinary research of cheese gourmets and just lovers of delicious food. The kitchen mini-brazier is a versatile device that can be used to bake, fry and stew different foods, as well as do what it is intended for in the first place: melt hard cheese, turning it into a favorite Swiss delicacy — raclette. The top surface of the grill is completed with a smooth stone plate, resistant to scratches and chips, as well as a cast-iron brazier without sides with a double-sided work surface: smooth and corrugated. The small dimensions of the device allow the use of only one type of grill surface measuring 26x26 cm, placed directly above the heating element. This circumstance will also limit the number of invited guests whom you want to surprise with an unusual meal.

Removable mini frying pans

Removable plates for melting cheese are placed unevenly under the heating element: 2 pcs. on the sides, 3 pcs. from the front side and 1 pc. from the back of the appliance. The working surface of the trays is covered with a special non-stick enamel, which is easy to clean and wash. The device uses a 1450 W heating element as a heat source, which quickly heats up a small fryer. The device is equipped with a rotary switch with an operating mode indicator, a separate rotary stepless thermostat for heating control and a reel for winding the power cord. Despite the body made of plastic, the device turned out to be quite heavy due to the massive grill plates. Together with both braziers, it weighs 9.4 kg.
