The device belongs to the line of submersible sous-vides, characterized by high mobility and the ability to use containers of almost any volume for cooking. Ease of use of the device is provided by touch keys that instantly respond to user touches, and a bright digital display that shows the current temperature and cooking time. The submersible part of the device is made of stainless steel and has a silver tint, while the handle and control panel are black.

Buttons and service information are illuminated by blue LEDs, so they are clearly visible both in the light and in the dark. Sous vide Steba SV 75 has a power of 900 W and is equipped with a thermostat that allows you to adjust the heating temperature in the range from 0 to 90 °C. Thanks to the auto-off timer, there is no need to control the operation of the equipment — the device can work up to 99 hours, after which it turns off automatically. It can be used for containers of any shape with a depth of more than 15 cm.
