The Steba company presents an electric barbecue grill that allows you to fry kebabs, sausages, fish and vegetables at any time of the year and in any weather. Unlike contact grills, this model is equipped not with two, but with one plate measuring 40x29 cm, which is visually divided into two parts. You can fry steaks on the grooved half, and sausages, eggs and vegetables on the smooth half.

That is, food is heated only on one side, and on top there is not a second plate, but a glass lid with a latch. With a closed lid you will get soft, juicy dishes, with an open lid you will get a crispy golden crust. The plate is made of durable die-cast metal, has a non-stick coating and is easily removable for easier cleaning. Steba VG-195 has a power of 2200 W and has fairly simple and intuitive controls.

The fact is that there is no timer - only smooth adjustment of the heating temperature is available. During cooking, excess liquid, fat and oil flow into the pan, so the dishes are less nutritious. It is also worth noting the rather compact dimensions of the grill and low weight - 5.5 kg. Thanks to the lid lock, the device can be stored in a vertical position, thereby saving space in the kitchen.
