My wife really wanted us to have a special citrus juicer, and I didn't mind. We all love juices, and since I bought a decent masticating juicer, we've been making them regularly. The secret lies in its interchangeable cones, those ridged things that squeeze out the juice from a halved orange or lemon. The cones come in different sizes, allowing for more complete juicing of large grapefruits. By the way, this juice has become my favorite. I don't really like grapefruits themselves, but the juice is terrific. In general, the juices from it have an excellent taste, even better than from an auger juicer. It's very convenient to use, easy to clean. It's well-built, made with good dense plastic and stainless steel. It's a bit heavy, which gives a sense of reliability, and I hope it lasts much longer than its one-year warranty period. The drip-stop feature doesn't always work as it should; sometimes it still drips. The juicer is quite simple, so a price of almost 2000 UAH may be too high for it. |
