Supra KES-1728 is offered in a white plastic case. The lid, stand and insert on the handle are made in contrasting colours: dark grey or burgundy. When the appliance is turned on, the LED light turns on, giving the water a blue tint, and the kettle an additional attraction.

Solid volume

The kettle holds 1.7 liters of water, which is also indicated by two indication scales located on the body of the device. The minimum volume that can be heated is 0.5 liters. If there is not enough water, the appliance should automatically switch off.

Thanks to the 2200 W heating element, it takes just under 6 minutes to boil a full volume of Supra KES-1728. The device is noisy.

Thoughtful ergonomics

The model has only one two-position power button, located at the top of the handle. The lid opens 90 degrees with a special tongue on top. The spout of the electric kettle has a plastic anti-scale filter that can be removed for cleaning. At the bottom of the swivel base there is a groove for winding a 0.7-metre power cord.

The downside of Supra KES-1728 is the presence of a characteristic smell of plastic, which can be removed by several sessions of boiling water with the addition of citric acid or juice. Another drawback of the model is the significant heating of the handle: it will not work to get burned, but there is discomfort when using immediately after boiling water. Otherwise, the electric kettle handles well with its main tasks and is suitable for those who are looking for an affordable and pleasant-looking device without anything superfluous.
