Frost-resistant starter batteries covering an exceptionally wide ambient temperature range from -50 °C to +60 °C. At least, that’s the range specified by the Slovenian car battery manufacturer TAB Polar Blue. Enhanced performance in severe cold is achieved by the inclusion of an extra plate set in each pack, enabling more efficient delivery of starting power. The series is built using traditional lead–acid technology and is maintenance‑free during operation. Their typical trouble‑free service life is 5–7 years (depending on operating conditions). Available variants offer capacities from 60–100 Ah. The models come in European standard form factor cases with recessed tapered terminals. The positive post can be on the right or left, allowing you to select the exact version for your vehicle.
