Classic model for any stove
The classic frying pan has a top diameter of 28 cm, but its bottom, due to the rounded edges, is not at all so large — 19 cm. ). The pan is made of die-cast aluminium and the induction disc allows it to be used on induction and other types of cooktops.
The manufacturer used the German Greblon C3 three-layer non-stick coating. It is not afraid of high temperatures, retains its original appearance for a long time and is resistant to pollution, and also allows you to cook healthy dishes with a minimum amount of oil or without it at all. However it is not friendly with metal accessories — it is better to use wooden or silicone spatulas.
Convenient and safe
In addition to the fact that the non-stick coating makes it easy to clean the pan, it can also be washed in the dishwasher. But the manufacturer advises to use mild detergents and exclude abrasive substances. The ergonomic handle is also responsible for convenience and safety: it is made of Bakelite, has a SoftTouch coating and does not heat up, protecting your hands from burns. Please note that the model is not intended for ovens.
In general, this is a very reliable, roomy frying pan for daily use at a very reasonable price.
