The quality is really great, it's heavy, nothing sticks, eggs slide off the pan just like in the commercials. Suitable for induction cooktops, plus there's a heating indicator which is convenient, you can immediately see when you can start cooking. The only downside for me is the shape of the edges. They are sloped, and if you add something at least halfway and start stirring, pieces seem about to fall over the edge. I have something to compare it with, I also have a pan with higher vertical edges, where everything stirs calmly without anything falling out. But, of course, it depends on personal preference; perhaps someone is used to stirring more carefully and this shape would be enough for them. Of course, after these words, you should not throw the pan into the fire and scratch it with a knife — it's just that it is as convenient as possible and devoid of most of the restrictions that are inherent in non-stick cookware.
First of all, the Tefal Unlimited line is made in France, which already inspires the preparation of culinary masterpieces. Secondly, the Titanium Anti Scratch 6x multi-layer coating is used, which combines an aluminium base, several protective layers, including one reinforced with hard crystals, and an internal and external non-stick coating reinforced with titanium. By the way, it does not contain harmful substances such as lead and cadmium, so it is completely safe for health. As a result, the dish does not burn, you can fry food without adding oil, which fans of proper nutrition will definitely appreciate, and there are no scratches on the surface even from metal accessories. It is better to set aside forks and knives, but the pan will not suffer from a metal spatula.
Big, deep and comfortable
Tefal Unlimited G2550672 is designed for a large family, where they cook often and a lot. Its size is 28 cm, and the sides are quite high so that hot oil does not scatter all over the kitchen. There are also rounded edges for easy draining of liquids or shifting food to a plate and a sufficiently long Bakelite handle that does not heat up during operation. However the pan is not at all light. The weight is felt in the hand, although this, at the same time, gives it solidity.

When these hours disappear, it means that the dishes have warmed up to the optimum temperature and are ready to start cooking. A few more pluses in the piggy bank of the model are the possibility of cleaning in the dishwasher and compatibility with the oven, but not at high temperatures — up to 175 degrees. This is convenient if the dish needs to be finished after frying on the stove or there are no suitable dishes at hand. But the handle is not removable here, so it simply does not fit in a small oven.
