I bought the welding machine over 5 years ago. And I immediately stopped using "Dushmans". Now, everything related to welding at the summer house and garage, I do myself. The best electrodes for me are Monolith, 3mm. I also weld with others, but you need to adapt. I'm not a professional welder. But I make structures like metal trusses from a 50mm square pipe (truss size 4.5m long and 80 cm high) with this rather fragile welding machine. During this time, I replaced the wires (two) and the ground clamp. I still have the brush and hammer, but the brush is gone. There are inconveniences - when the voltage drops, the electrode sticks. But you can deal with it - it's an opportunity to relax and enjoy the nature of the summer house and the results of welding work. Regarding the internal components - the electrical circuit has also been tampered with. One of the capacitors fell off during a slight drop. But that's also not an issue. Ease. Simplicity.
