Bought to replace our good old family triple tent. The number of family members has not changed, but I wanted more comfort, better ventilation and a solution to the problem of condensate. I also really liked the tents with double-sided entrances and a large vestibule. I took a tent manufactured by Terra Incognita, because it is the product of a well-known domestic company, and its products are well-deserved respect for the level of quality while maintaining an affordable price. Large, berths can occupy a platform of 240 by 210 millimeters. We lay two air mattresses (large and small) on a waterproof polymer floor and get a solid comfortable sofa. There is enough space for three people, and thanks to the high height (almost 180 cm), the wife and daughter can stand in it to their full height. The two-layer design turned out to be very sensible. It dampens the wind, reliably protects against getting wet during rain and, most importantly, thanks to the breathable material of the walls of the inner tent, this design does not collect condensate. Convenient to assemble and dismantle. Comfortable and durable plastic fittings are used. During the summer season, the zipper on the rear entrance-exit came undone three times. It doesn't get used very often, so this is most likely a factory defect. The coating on the surface of the polymer floor in the large vestibule tends to collect a lot of small debris, dust, and sand. All this dirt sticks from the ground side and it's almost impossible to get rid of it by "dry" methods, only rinsing with water works. This characteristic of the polymer floor in the vestibule significantly prolongs and extends the tent folding process. |
