We will think about purchasing heating elements from THOMAS - these are more serious, besides, they are made of stainless steel and have a diameter of 8.3 mm and a length of 31 cm. when we purchased TERMEX for 50 liters, everyone’s joy knew no bounds, it was very convenient for 2 people, but 2 months passed and that's all. It gave me an electric shock, it’s good that it was grounded, torn in 4 places - the heating element’s shell was rotten, like it was made of newsprint painted to look like copper. The length of the heating elements is only 27 cm with a power of 1300W and a diameter of 7.8 mm. Is it possible to operate heating elements with such parameters? DO NOT BUY. Respect yourself. no Inconvenient to maintain. Uneconomical. Noisy. The tank cracked at the top welding seam after two years of use. The company cheats with the guarantee and does not fulfill its obligations. The representatives are incompetent in technical matters; there are not even competent arguments for refusing warranty repairs. Doesn't make noise, compact, heats quickly. The decisive factor when purchasing was the compact body. We've been using it for 10 months. Recently, we started noticing that there's not enough hot water for even one person to shower for 8 minutes! We measured with buckets - 40 liters of hot water, and that's it, then it's barely warm... out of 80 liters. Besides that, the water coming from the boiler has started to show rusty residue. There's only cold water in the house. The cold water is crystal clear. So, the issue is definitely with the tank. Now we're thinking whether to clean the tank, replace the anode, or just buy a decent boiler? A specialist said regarding our problem - everything is fine, just buy a 100-liter boiler, then there will be enough water... for one person. use Thermex SPR 80 V month or more i recommend it don't buy |
