In May-June, two families went to the Sea of Azov, and in August the same group visited the Black Sea. This tent was bought just for such trips. I think it's great for three people. It is designed for four, but the three of us in it are generally super. Spacious enough. On the floor, it measures 1.9 by 2.2 meters, which gives a total area of more than four square meters. By the standards of a living room, this, of course, is not much, but in order to freely lie down for the night, there is more than enough space. At least my wife and 10 year old son and I enjoyed it. The dome is large, 190 cm at its highest point, so I can comfortably stand up to my full 180 cm. The tent is two-layer, which helped not to sting under the spring Azov winds and came in handy during the August cold snap. The outer awning is made of high-quality dense polyester fiber with water-repellent and fire-resistant impregnation. The inner one is also made of polyester, but of a different density, the so-called "breathable". Thus, the problem of condensate is solved. In addition, together with the ventilation window, this provides more or less good ventilation for the tent. Naturally, such a two-layer construction completely and completely protects from ultraviolet radiation. On the inner walls of the tent there are several convenient pockets for storing various household trifles. The weight (up to 6 kg) and dimensions of the tent when folded are quite modest - a strong, but lightweight fiberglass frame makes itself felt. There is no floor covering in the vestibule, so you will immediately get to the ground from the inner tent. It would be better if there were two ventilation windows, one is clearly not enough in the heat. |
There were no heavy rains in August, so we were not able to test the tent in combat conditions. But it withstood several light rains and not too strong winds without problems. It is stated that there are four places. It was quite spacious for me, my wife and 15-year-old son. All three of us are completely inexperienced in tourism, this tent is the first. But we still managed to figure out what was what and calmly install it without any problems. Moreover, the wife did not even participate in this matter, but simply gave smart advice. Looks good against the background of birch trees. Impressive weight only if carried by car. There is no floor in the vestibule; you can only sit normally on chairs or lay something down first.
