The MTE240S drives use a 4-channel controller with a DRAM buffer and 3D NAND memory chips (presumably TLC).

Take the truth when I took it, the price for it was much less. Two weeks of continuous plotting (filled 5 TB of free space that was at home for farming just for the sake of interest) under the radiator from the motherboard on top of the native thin plate and at least henna no problems temperature 65 maximum in a good case with airflow and sharp drops in speed to zero like on some others was not, plowed like dad Carlo. Worn down by 6% and everything. I recommend. Only hemorrhagic with the installation of Windows on it was because it was bad to download without the correct setting of the BIOS and drivers, but after a complete update of Windows it went fine. use Transcend TS500GMTE240S less than month |
