Original VAG batteries for suitable vehicles from the renowned German conglomerate. The lead-acid batteries of the Standart series are designed for vehicles with moderate energy needs — without a large amount of on-board electronics. They are made in maintenance-free European form factor cases with right positive polarity. Available in capacities ranging from 44 Ah to 110 Ah, allowing for the right choice for a wide range of passenger cars.
The batteries are equipped with an integrated "eye" indicator for visual control of the electrolyte's condition. As for operational parameters, VAG Standart batteries are characterized by high starting currents in low ambient temperatures, low self-discharge values in standby mode, and resilience to vibrations and shocks. The line of batteries is famous for reliability and long service life, ensuring uninterrupted vehicle operation year-round. It should be noted that standard-class batteries are often produced in collaboration with Varta.
