Absorbent Glass Mat technology significantly increases the battery's resistance to charge/discharge cycles, making the battery suitable for use in luxury cars equipped with Start-Stop. The device does not require topping up water during operation. The series is represented by models with battery capacity from 60 to 105 Ah.

Worked on a diesel Freelander 2 for seven winters!!! By the 8th winter, it started to fail in the cold! Siberia-Altai. Gave it a deep bow and sent it into a well-deserved retirement. 7.5 years of impeccable work in Siberia, at temperatures from +35 to -44 C. Not once removed from the car for 7 years. It has already survived two Ural winters. We live in Yekaterinburg. How much longer it will last, no one knows. I think a long time. Varta is not a bad company. No complaints about its performance. Installed it and forgot. Now this battery is priced at 11,000 rubles. Made in Germany. When making the choice, I wanted something new, so I chose this battery because at the time the price difference was only 1,500 rubles. I have no regrets since instead of electrolyte, it has absorbed mats. And you can even turn it upside down. Now, with such a price tag, few would take such experiments. Very good, 60 Ah capacity and 680 starting current. Not found use Varta Start-Stop Plus month or more i recommend it should buy |
