Quiet and economical device

The VENTS ventilation unit is positioned as a room ventilator that combines reliability, energy efficiency and affordable price.

The model has got an EC-fan, which has a synchronous brushless electric motor, which, compared to conventional asynchronous motors, is characterized by an increased operating life, low power consumption (up to 5 W) and quiet operation (up to 29 dB at maximum speed and up to 21 dB at minimum).

2 modes and 3 speeds

VENTS TwinFresh Easy RL-50 supports two operating modes and three speeds. For their choice, both a wall-mounted control panel with an LCD screen and a remote control are offered.

When working for ventilation (air supply or removal), the maximum capacity reaches 50 m³ / h, which is enough to effectively ventilate a standard kitchen or a small living room (up to 17 m²). In the regeneration mode, the model switches from supply to exhaust every 70 seconds and recuperates: the air that was in the room gives off heat to fresh, outdoor air. In this case, the maximum productivity is 25 m³ / h, which is not enough to fully ventilate even small rooms.

Supply air heating

To protect against dust and insects from outside, VENTS TwinFresh Easy RL-50 is equipped with a G3 base class coarse filter. F8 filter elements (more effective fine cleaning) are optionally available, but with them the overall performance will be reduced to 40 m³/h.

The ventilator uses a ceramic regenerator with a cellular structure as a heat exchanger, which increases the area of contact with air. The heat exchanger efficiency is 77% or more. So, at a minimum allowable outdoor temperature of -15 °C and an internal temperature of 20 °C, the supply fresh air will be heated to at least 12 °C. This is far from the best, but quite satisfactory.

VENTS TwinFresh Easy RL-50 is a relatively inexpensive ventilation system for small areas.
