Do not buy Vertagir in Russia

I bought a chair from the es-gaming store. There were minor issues with the faux leather, which already speaks to the quality, but since they were in places where nothing rubs, I was mostly satisfied with everything. After six months, the rocking mechanism broke. At this point, the Vertagear chair can be thrown away because no one will replace the rocking mechanism under warranty. When choosing a chair, I checked how on Amazon, Vertagear responds to everyone and replaces defective parts without any problems, so I expected something similar from our official representatives in case of a warranty (ha-ha). What do we actually receive? Ignored by the store, ignored by the official supplier grafitec (even though they said they would help), ignored by the official Russian representative office. The branded rocking mechanism cannot even be purchased separately. The only hope remains with the manufacturer itself. Also, esgaming may be known as clife (they called about the order from esgaming from this number), and they're place4pro (if you write to the esgaming service email, you'll get a response from @akdema.ru (LLC "Akdema Group"), which leads us to place4pro). I do not recommend dealing with any of these stores; in the event of a warranty issue, you will be sent packing.

P.S. The managers of the official representative office don't know that official dealers are listed on their website and say they are the only official sellers, amusingly.

Not suitable for fat people. Chair for the Vietnamese.

Review for the hefty folks! At first glance, this magnificent Vertagear P-Line PL6000 chair appears as unbreakable as a rock. The specifications even say - 200 kg!!! There's even a video with a hefty person lying horizontally. But, in reality, it’s not like that. The chair was purchased in December 2017 for an elderly person weighing 135 kg after an oncology operation, for sitting (as recommended by a doctor) in a semi-reclined position at the computer. The choice was made solely based on weight! Initially, everything was great, and joy knew no bounds! Believe me, the use was very careful, the person (me) could barely move as it was. But then, the backrest cracked. The warranty is stated as 3 years. We quickly called the official warranty website, they were very kind and were ready to pick it up and repair it immediately, but upon learning it was purchased at prayer.ru, they winced and said only through them. I don’t know if you’ve gone through the humiliating acceptance procedure for warranty repair at this organization on Masterkova – never again! But, it was repaired in a month. Everything was fine for a year, but then again the backrest broke and the seat started acting differently. Although the warranty seems to still be valid until the end of this year, it was decided to find a private craftsman! And here’s his brief and concise summary: "A thin-walled pipe welded with tack welds. I will weld each joint in a circle with a semi-automatic, so as not to burn the pipe." The pipe is broken in several places on the backrest and seat. Steel patches are welded on. Plywood is placed on the seat – there is only a grid of pipes. See the photo.
