Short description:
An exclusive cell phone from Vertu, a subsidiary of Nokia. This device can be compared with an exclusive Swiss watch — maximum technology and cost at a functional minimum.
Models representing the Signature Collection are made in six different case versions: white gold (polished and matte, 18 carats, weight — 198 g), yellow gold (polished and matte, 18 carats, 196 g), stainless steel with gold keypad (178 d), stainless steel (173 g), stainless steel in two shades (177 g) and stainless steel with a mirror surface (173 g).
The precision mechanism under each key of the phone contains at least one gem.
The screen of the phone is protected by a sapphire crystal (69.25 carats).
Other materials that have been used in the phone include ultra-strong titanium and ceramics, similar to those used in space shuttles.
The handset features Vertu's signature function, the so-called "concierge" — a call to a certain number allows you to contact a polyglot operator and solve a wide variety of problems (booking theater tickets, booking a hotel room, etc.). The service is provided in 170 countries of the world.
Good to know:
At the beginning of 2006, there are two Signature collections — Vertu Signature and Vertu Signature 2006. The models representing the latter have a voice recorder, support for the MMS standard, and the battery life of the device has slightly increased.
