Purchased a PowerBank on sale. First impression is normal, except for the fact that the soft-touch coating is already dirty right out of the box. Fingerprints are noticeable and cannot be removed. The PowerBank features QC 3 and PD 2.0. Power capacity is 18W: USB C (5V, 2A; 9V, 2A; 12V, 1.5A); USB A (5V, 3A; 9V, 2A; 12V, 1.5A). Fast charging works, but when a second device is connected, the charging speed decreases. The PowerBank itself charges via microUSB (5V, 2A) and USB C (5V, 2A; 9V, 2A). The USB C port is used as both input and output. Thanks to Power Delivery 2.0, it can be used to power modern soldering irons and other devices that require 9 or 12V. QC 3 and PD for this price.
