Vinzer Cast Form Classic 89407 24 cm

A classic everyday pan from the Swiss brand Vinzer, introduced to the world as part of the Cast Form Classic series of kitchen utensils. Designed for frying and stewing food on a stove with any hob, except for induction. The material of manufacture is cast aluminium, which has excellent thermal conductivity and wear resistance; it is practically not subject to deformation, corrosion, scratches, abrasion at all.

The thickness of the smooth bottom with a diameter of 24 cm is 4.2 mm, and the thickness of the walls is 2.3 mm. The handle is made of heat-resistant plastic — Bakelite. It is characterized by high strength and very low thermal conductivity, therefore, with the help of a handle, a hot pan can be removed from the burner without additional devices — even with bare hands. A feature of the Vinzer Cast Form Classic 89407 pan is its non-stick coating. Thanks to him, the food in the dishes will never burn, and dishes can be cooked with a minimum amount of fat. Another advantage of this model is the presence of a lid made of heat-resistant glass with a hole for steam release. The pan is easy to clean in the dishwasher or by hand, but you should not use metal sponges, as the Teflon coating is afraid of scratches.
