An important advantage of the Vogel Flug QVDI 50 4220/2h water heater is the use of a durable inner tank made of high-alloy corrosion-resistant steel. It is also worth mentioning two so-called "dry" heating elements (2x1000 W), the heating elements of which are located in special mechanical casings and do not come into direct contact with water. Due to the increased heat transfer area, scale formation is significantly reduced, which increases the service life of the heaters. To reduce heat losses and reduce power consumption, the device is equipped with thermal insulation made of foamed polyurethane. The temperature is controlled by a simple and reliable mechanical thermostat. There is a magnesium anode for additional anti-corrosion protection of the tank welds.
