In the proprietary line of the WetAir brand, the fruit dryer belongs to the initial models, but in general it can be considered a representative of the middle price segment. The 650-watt heater with fan present here is located at the bottom at the base, while above them are five plastic trays with a diameter of 380 mm each. The height of the sections is 4.5 cm, which increases the overall capacity of the device (although the manufacturer does not recommend placing more than 1 kg of food in one tray), and you can also do without pre-cutting the products, for example, many berries, including strawberries, should be placed on the pallets of the WetAir dryer FD-520 as a whole.

The thermostat will maintain the required operating temperature in the range of 30 to 70 °C, while the mechanical rotary switch will allow the user to set the desired mode in increments of 10 degrees Celsius. Among other features, it is worth highlighting the moderate total weight of the device (5 kg) and the presence of anti-slip feet. Before buying, it is worth considering the presence of an opaque material for the manufacture of trays, which practically eliminates the possibility of easy visual control of the drying process.
