Stylish and informative
The WetAir brand humidifier has an elongated cylindrical shape and is made in a universal white colour that will easily fit into various interiors. And thanks to the illumination of the case, the model is even able to replace a night light.
WetAir WH-635W controls include a touch panel with a display that shows the current level of humidity and air temperature, the main indicators of operation. And since the remote control is included in the package, it is not necessary to approach the device to change the settings.
Humidity maintenance
It is recommended to use the humidifier in rooms up to 35 m². You can manually set one of three intensity levels with a maximum water flow of 300 mL/h. Plus, you can set the shutdown timer (from 1 to 8 hours).
Thanks to the built-in hygrostat, fully automatic operation is also supported: you just need to set the desired humidity level in the range from 45 to 80% in 5 percent increments. In WetAir auto mode, the WH-635W turns itself on and off, thereby adjusting the intensity of humidification. So, if the difference between the current and required humidity is large (over 15%), then it will humidify at maximum speed, and if it is small (less than 5%), then it will switch to minimum speed.
Practicality
As with ultrasonic humidifiers, distilled or filtered water should be used. Otherwise, a white coating will appear on furniture and other interior items (from hardness salts). Top filling is offered for the convenience of liquid filling. And the tank itself holds an acceptable 3.5 liters, respectively, “refueling” will be required less than 2 times a day (with non-stop operation).
The model is not noisy and consumes moderate 25 watts per hour. Of the minuses, some users note the absence of a rigid fixation of the tank to the base. This, together with the elongated shape of the body, increases the chances of the tank falling and spilling water if it is accidentally touched (including by children or pets). But given the low price, WetAir WH-635W is a worthy choice in the low-cost segment.
