How to choose an ovenWhat ovens are available, what features may be required and what to look out for when purchasing

Pyrolysis, catalysis, hydrolysis: what is the most effective method of cleaning an oven?Let's figure out what catalytic, pyrolytic and hydrolytic oven cleaning are and what are their advantages
With this oven, I finally realized how comfortable baking can be. I love and know how to make pies, buns, cakes. I just didn't have a good oven until recently. The desire to buy it was, but the money did not work. My husband has had problems with business for the third year already, and if it were not for my decent salary, it would have been very difficult for us. And just two months ago, we finally gathered our strength to complete the renovation of the kitchen, which dragged on for four years. The latest new acquisition was this excellent electric oven. Its main advantage lies in its excellent evenness of heating. Thanks to the fan, the hot air surrounding the baking tray moves constantly, leveling the temperature throughout the entire volume. This allows for even baking of pies or cakes of any reasonable size. Such a good result was unimaginable with the old gas oven. It heats up quickly, so there's no traditionally long wait for it to "warm up." It has a grill, which I've already tried for roasting meat. It seems to be cooked through, but the crust was a bit weak. I think next time I'll let it cook a bit longer and everything will be fine. I regularly use the timer. I'd like to mention that the "easy-to-clean" enamel, which I was very skeptical about, is not just a marketing ploy. It really is easier to clean off dirt, but only if it's fresh. There is no "defrost" mode, where a cold product is blown with warm air. The interior enamel scratches too easily. |
