This model was recommended by a designer girl with whom we worked on the project of our new kitchen. Although WE say it very loudly, my husband almost did not do this and blamed everything on me. So the girl advised to take a closer look, said that their company had installed more than one such oven and all the customers were satisfied. So I chose her, but on this advice. The husband glanced at the price, then at the technical specifications, sighed and approved, that is, allocated the money. In general, he did not really like this whole idea with built-in equipment. Indeed, it was not cheap, but the kitchen now looks ultra-modern and beautiful. The way it evenly bakes dough is simply amazing. And it doesn't particularly matter what type of dough it is. It bakes equally well with rich buns and pastries with heavy fillings, pizza dough, or shortcrust for cookies. And the meringues that are baked in it are just wonderful! It turns out they are best baked with hot air treatment, and they come out so airy and light that I never cease to be amazed. All this is possible thanks to the large number of different baking modes. The mode and temperature are selected with rotary knobs, and everything else is set using buttons below a small display. There you can also set up the automatic shut-off with a timer, which once and for all eliminates the "oops, I forgot!" scenario))). The meat turns out well under the grill and under the grill with convection. Washing it after fatty meat is still a pleasure. Even taking into account the removable side rails and the reclining grill, there is little pleasant. Convenient and safe telescopic guides are provided only on the 1st level. |
