The master did not come from this company because the service simply does not exist from this company. The master explained that the sore spot in these models is with the controls. Not satisfied with the work. Specifically, poor management feedback! We changed it and still the same. It works intermittently. They replaced the new one for us and it didn't help. I don't know how many times it needs to be replaced. The management is terrible. We bought it after reading empty reviews. We asked the website for the phone number of someone who has this device - couldn't get it. We want to return it. Microwave is disposable and comes without a warranty!!! Our so-called magnetron broke. At the service center, the technician claimed that we damaged it and refused to issue a warranty claim. We had to pay for the repair ourselves. Here's the interesting part - the technician brought the necessary spare part from the service center and kept dodging questions about why it didn't match the old one's specifications. He said that the company is unreliable and that he would use one from another microwave. I do not recommend buying such microwaves. hardly used. No original parts. Breaks down for no reason. When buying such an expensive and built-in microwave, you count on its functionality and good equipment. But this stove even exceeded expectations. After all, in my understanding, a microwave is just a quick warm-up and nothing much more. My wife chose this model and although I was skeptical about this, in the end I had to change my mind. One reason for the high cost of this model is its volume. 31 liters is a lot, so everything needed for a family of four and even more fits on the turntable, i.e., on a plate with a diameter of 33 (!!!) cm. The microwave is indispensable when we have guests over; quickly reheating or warming up a slightly cooled dish is very simple with it. And this model heats up very quickly. The total microwave power output is 1000W, which allows a 300ml glass of water to boil in about a minute. It's not enough to have high power; it needs to be used correctly. And this is again about this microwave—it has an entire system that levels and makes its microwave emission uniform. Thus, it heats much more evenly than cheap budget models. My wife actively uses it for cooking, which still remains an incomprehensible fact to me. Perhaps it's all about the "glass" grill and the special Crisp plate. Or maybe in the clever and multifunctional electronic control. Italian assembly. At this price, and only a one-year warranty. A hinged door in built-in appliances is a traumatic thing. My wife left it open when she was taking something out of there, and I turned around unsuccessfully and almost maimed my hand. |
