Recording in Full HD
The main camera of the dashcam records in the familiar resolution of Full HD at 30 fps. A lens with a moderately wide viewing angle of about 130° covers several adjacent lanes of traffic, oncoming flow, as well as part of the sidewalk or roadside. Recorded videos are saved onto a microSD memory card with a capacity of up to 64 GB inclusive.
In-car camera with night IR illumination
An additional camera is provided for monitoring the vehicle's interior, also recording in Full HD format. Around its lens are four IR LEDs that help capture the inside of the car even in complete darkness. The main unit of the recorder is held on the windshield using a standard suction cup mount.
Decent basic option
A fairly large 3.16-inch IPS display is used for viewing recordings and adjusting operational parameters. The model's functionality remains basic, aside from the built-in motion sensor, but the Xblitz Jera appears to be a successful option for a dashcam with in-car recording in Full HD at a reasonable price.
