The Xiaomi iHealth Thermometer "smart" non-contact thermometer of the popular Chinese manufacturer of smartphones and household appliances stands out for its elegant modern design, reliable readings and measurement comfort. The device is intended exclusively for measuring body temperature in the central zone of the forehead from a distance of 0 to 3 cm. The model is made in the format of a remote control with an enlarged volumetric head, in which there is a distance sensor that controls the conditions for taking readings, and a high-quality infrared thermal sensor from the German company Heimann, which collects data at a speed of 100 measurements per second. With a temperature spread from 35 °C to 42 °C, the measurement error is 0.2 °C, and beyond this limit it increases to 0.3 °C. Unfortunately, the developer did not consider it necessary to provide the device with a memory block for the measurements taken.
