Wide-format interactive graphic monitor-tablet XP-PEN second generation for comfortable manual input of graphic information using the included passive stylus. This device combines the functions of a FullHD resolution monitor with a 21.5" IPS matrix and a graphic tablet with a working area of 476x268 mm, utilizing electromagnetic resonance technology. The manufacturer positions it as a mid-range product.
It is targeted at beginner and experienced digital artists, design studio workers, animators, and freelancers who are demanding of workspace area. It is an affordable alternative to more expensive solutions such as the XP-PEN Artist Pro series, offering comparable technical characteristics at a significantly lower price. Compared to the Pro series models, the graphic tablet XP-PEN Artist 22 (2nd Generation) features a simplified interface and more modest color coverage. Nonetheless, it registers 8192 levels of pen pressure for line thickness control. Tilt recognition is supported for brush or pencil work during shading. High response speed of 8 ms and a 220 rps polling rate minimize delay between hand movement and line appearance on the screen.
