Perfectly smooth printing

Simple and easy to use, the XYZprinting Nobel 1.0 3D printer will be a great alternative for those who are not enthusiastic about deposition printing.

The presented printer belongs to devices operating on stereolithographic printing technology (SLA). The model is considered to be a semi-professional device with wide capabilities and high print quality. Laser stereolithography allows you to achieve an perfect top layer of a 3D model and eliminate subsequent processing (grinding, polishing, etc.).

The model received good technical characteristics for its class. The construction area has dimensions of 200x128x128mm. The electronics are enclosed in a high-quality housing, and thanks to the closed print chamber, the printer is suitable for use at home. All information about the printing process is displayed on a 2.6-inch LCD display.

The principle of manufacturing models is carried out using an ultraviolet laser, which acts on a photopolymer, forming a model layer by layer.

Due to the fact that the photopolymer resin is fed into the cuvette automatically, you do not need to independently control the availability of consumables. This feature greatly simplifies the printing process. The calibration of the working surface is also automatically carried out, which simplifies the work with the device.

Please note that before using the XYZprinting Nobel 1.0 for the first time, you must manually calibrate the horizontal platform. When testing the printer, use the trial models offered by the manufacturer on a USB drive (included in the package).

A thin layer of silicone at the bottom of the container serves as a protection against sticking of the illuminated elements of the 3D model to the base. Regularly pay attention to the condition of the silicone, as it tends to wear out quickly, which leads to sticking and damage to the model.

Helpful advice! When using a stereolithographic printer, try to keep the room free of dust, and keep furry animals and carpets away. Even the smallest particles that have fallen into the photopolymer resin will certainly end up on the model, spoiling its appearance.

The manufacturer provided for the use of only branded containers with consumables, which are quite expensive. Even if you are an experienced user, it is not worth pouring resin from other manufacturers into containers yourself, since containers chipped by sensors control the contents of the container.

This model uses proprietary firmware XYZware_Nobel, compatible with operating systems Windows 7 and above, Mac OS X 10.8 and above.
