I don’t know where there are so many negative reviews, I’ve had this stove for more than ten years, in all that time there was one repair (the control board was damaged). We bake bread every other day, very reliable equipment, I haven’t changed the belt or bearings, there’s only a seal on the bucket and that’s it. Maybe now Zelmers are produced in China, but then we bought the Polish assembly, and that’s how it works to this day. Great technique. No use Zelmer 43Z011 more than year |
i've been using it for a month. satisfied simple, proven recipe 1. yeast 1.5 tsp 2. flour 550g sifted 3. salt 1.5 tsp 4. sugar 1.5 tbsp 5. sunflower oil 1.5 tbsp 6. warm whey 300ml; a little patience and everything will work out |
