The handle is comfortable with special rubber inserts. Even if you take it with wet hands, it does not slip out. The set includes whisk attachments, spiral attachments for processing dough, a attachable leg that turns the mixer into a blender, a high vertical bowl for chopping and an attachment for pureeing products. It performs the work of a mixer at 5 out of 5. The five-speed selector and the turbo mode button allow you to beat any products or their mixtures. Most often I use the first three speeds. The fourth and fifth ones with whisk attachments are not particularly needed, they are more useful for the blender. A blender is obtained by replacing the attachments with a long stem with a double-sided blade. If you compare it with specialized blenders, then it gets a C on a five-point scale. Spiral dough hooks help a lot. Of course, they cannot completely eliminate manual work, but the mixer can take on the lion’s share of it. I made the dough of any consistency from liquid for pancakes to hard dumplings - the results were pleasing. The blender is weak. The knife is small and chops the food somehow, but it simply cannot effectively mix a significant volume. You have to work in this mode for a long time, and this can cause the engine to overheat. |
